My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time.I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do?Can I join new company will 2 weeks are left to complete notice period in current company? can new company know about this? I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period.
