Seeking Career Growth Advice: Web Developer with 3 Years of Experience
I am a skilled web developer with 3 years of experience specializing in both frontend and backend development. I have a strong passion for creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. My expertise includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, T-SQL, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, Web Forms, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
Current Situation:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day
Daily Commute: Full days (2 to 3 hours daily)
Industry: manufacturing
CTC : 4LPA
Work-life Balance: Good
ESOP: Locked until Dec 2025
