Search of better opportunity! Or Advice? 🤔

Exactly what the title says, I am a 27 years old professional having degree in computer science, starting career as content writer and gradually moved as cloud analyst. I have experience in OS, basic linux networking, AWS Cloud and currently working as a product manager in a startup company. Apart from that I have developed the soft skills such as content writing and presentations and more. I initially accepted the offer as this was the position I wanted to gain experience in but working for it lately is getting painful due to small team and unorganised structure and on top of that it pays really low, I mean really really low!!! I am in search of a better role and options. Any advice or help would be highly appreciated! Thank you.
