I think you should not compare your salary experience wise. It depends on what values you are adding to company. In my experience I have seen many engineers who are having lots of experience but when it comes to handle critical issues where we need brainstorm they will hesitate to take that task. So it does not mean if someone is getting 10lpa you'll also get same you can get more or less it's not about experience. I think we all will need to stop this thinking if I'm senior I should get more salary.
