Salary for Data Processing Specialist at NIQ Vadodara?

I am having skills of SQL, PowerBI, Advance Excel. But my previous experience is in other fields. I am having a current in hand of 23k and 5-6k per month is incentive on an average. 1. What can I expect there? (I know the salaries are in similar ranges, but still.) 2. Also is there any incentive policy like monthly, quarterly, or Yearly? 3. Do they offer remote work to outstation candidates?
