Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Not really sure what I’m doing. I’m 30 and feel trapped in the environment. My friends just offered for me to come on a trip to international trip.
