The Recruitment leader reminds me of the people lined up outside Sahara mall in Gurgaon. It’s a surprise that his team hasn’t seen mass resignations yet. Bad people management. Bad business management. Worse interpersonal skills. Shady past. Don’t know how this company hires. Maybe the recruitment team deserves this. For hiring bad leaders. They got the worst of the lot.
