Reactjs developer salary
I am a frontend developer,it's been 3.5 years with my current company.I joined here as a fresher(reactjs developer) and started working as a fullstack developer,at that time I was not skilled enough for fullstack developer position but within 1 month I learned node.js and MySQL and started working on a project(react.js+node.js+mysql) within a few months I was moved 50% to other project as a frontend developer(react.js) and after a few months a high priority project came up, my manager believed in me and moved me there and I added significant value there.Currently I am working on multiple projects and adding huge values.My current ctc is around 7-8 lakhs but I have seen,few of my friends who learned react from me have 2 years of experience and they have switched 3-4 companies are getting paid around 16-20 lakhs,so my concern is am I getting paid enough? And Should I switch or ask for a hike?
