Hello all, I am a product design engineer working on third-party payroll. I want to switch to software and am interested in Windchill customization and development. I am confused about how I will sustain myself if I switch domains, and I am looking for courses, but they are expensive. Please advise: should I continue my mechanical design engineering job or switch to Windchill development?

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. Not really sure what I’m doing. I’m 30 and feel trapped in the environment. My friends just offered for me to come on a trip to international trip. I told my boss and he said I wont get another job soon once ill returni don’t think it’ll be hard to get a job when i get back i guess I m just trying to get some reassurance. Please suggest
