I have been working with a foreign investment bank for 7 years. i recently got an offer from Deloitte USI with a good hike. Will it be a wise decision to make this switch? coming form a bank where the work is very structured, how difficult it would be to gel up with the big 4 work culture ??

big 4 work culture ?? there is no culture. I have few friends working in EY and Deloitte, Although they are getting a good paycheck by the end of the month. But never seen them happy with the amount of work assigned to them.
So its better to stick wherever you are and try to get a promotion

Big 4 culture is definitely more fast-paced and demanding than investment banking, but it offers great exposure and networking opportunities.

Structured banking work to Big 4 consulting might feel like a shift, but adaptability is key. Be prepared for more dynamic workflows.
