Dear all,
Need your help in accepting an offer
My previous package was 3.5 lpa in customer service.
I have recently completed my MBA in HR.
So the IT recruiter offer i got, iam afraid that it is not a fraud... Initially on the call she told 2lpa salary so i attended the interview but during f2f interview she said first 3 months only 10k will be given as we have to provide you training after 3 months you will be provided 2lpa.
I have an overall diverse experience of 2 years but they're considering me as a fresher in HR even i too accept that but what about the salary structure please help me in deciding because i feel like I am loosing money on the table.
After 3 months if they remove me then 10k will however not be sufficient for me and also my time will be wasted please urgently need a discussion in the comments as they're considering the immediate joining

Hey, the offer seems risky with 10k for 3 months especially with uncertain job security

It might be better to negotiate a better salary or look for other opportunities

Decline the offer and explore other opportunities that offer a more conventional and financially secure compensation package.
