Notice period
Got a offer letter in one of the product company and they are asking me to join in 1 month but my notice period is 90 days.
What to do in this situation as my manager is not accepting for releasing me in 1 month.

It’s not ideal, but you may have to stick with the full 90-day notice unless you can work something out. However, the new company may be open to waiting if you’re transparent. 😅

Can you negotiate your way through? Ask the new company if they can extend the joining date slightly, or try getting a letter from your current employer to see if they can adjust the release time.

That’s tough! If your current company is adamant, maybe you can try to talk it over one more time or look for a mutually beneficial compromise to get released early.

No company has the right to actually hold you, but having said that, maybe try asking your new company to buy the notice period.
