Career Advice

My previous organization is OEM(MNC), where i work as a third party payroll employee as a design engineer. Far from hometown 350 km travel.
In my current employer (indian MNC) which is service industry work as a senior Engineer permanent employee. Far from hometown 1000 km travel. Join with 40% hike. Complete only 8 months. 
Facility flexible timing WFH but only CAD work drafting at all.

Now i have a offer from my previous employer for permanent position vehicle integration engineeer(AM)with only 15% hike on my current salary. No joining bonus. Work on product. Fixed timing.

 if i leave, the current employer needs to pay back some amount 1.25 lakh.

Give your suggestions pls.

Currently I'm drawing a salary of 1050000 fixed from Deloitte india.
Now i got an offer from KPMG global where they offered me 1425000 fixed.

I'm qualified chartered accountant with 1 year of experience in statutory audit at Deloitte.

Please rate this hike or give inputs.

Offer letter - from KPMG

I am on my 4th job that I just joined a month ago 
I am 20
My first job was 6 months internship 
Second job was 2 months internship and 8 months permanent 
Third job was 6 months permanent (they turned the team into freelancers and tbh I felt the company won't last long)
Now the thing is I have been wanting a break for a long time not being able to enjoy stuff really effecting me mentally my friends go out have fun when I am stuck working not just that companies I have worked for so far made me work on Sunday, said sat will be off than switched up later I also want to learn more stuff not being able to while working but I feel like the current company I am working was is paying me well (8lpa), it's a senior role and WFH if I leave another won't come by if I don't leave than how will I learn and be able to get more opportunities in future (and the biggest point is that I am feeling suicidal cause of some stuff in my life) not sure what to do plz help 😥

I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision.
My previous job had,
1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture
2. Good Time for my family & personal life
3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home
4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance

Now, in my current Indian company:
1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy)
2. No proper training
3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training
4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents
5. Started my health issues

My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning.
*It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.*
Would you recommend going back?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.

My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. 
With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.

Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
