I am looking for a job referral/ guidance to land a good interview. I have 4+ years of experience in customer success and sales roles. I have been job searching for 2 weeks and was not able to land any decent opportunity. I would appreciate any help with either a referral or feedback to gain a good interview.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous  org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation.

Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 

I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ?

Still 60 days are remaining in my notice period to end. But during interview I told the recruiter as my LWD is 2nd March. So now how to tackle them because if I tell them the correct date then I m sure they will not wait for me and will choose another candidate. How to make sure that they wait for me and I don't lose this opportunity. Any suggestions are welcomed.

My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
