It’s possible, but you will have to demonstrate a strong track record and make sure your skills are in demand in Switzerland. Language skills can also give you an advantage.

You’ll need to research visa policies and be willing to adapt to the Swiss work culture. Having a strong global financial understanding will help a lot.
