Leave newly joined company for better offer
I have recently joined a company 7 days ago and i have received a better offer from another big company. I want to leave company 1 immediately, will i get in trouble for this?
I have signed NDA for client there is no bond or any other contract just regular joining documents.
Company has mentioned as 3 months notice period and there is no probation period.

Thanks everyone, my pf account is not created yet i am delaying the process as much as i can.
I am just worried that any NDA or other gidden clause can cause issues eg; NDA states that we cant work for same client or child companies or the company with same client i.e competitor

Yar to be honest. leaving a company so soon after joining, especially without a probation period, might not look great on your resume but agar offer acha hai toh it's worth considering.

Honestly, leaving after just a week can raise questions in the future. Companies might think you lack commitment.

No probation period means you’re not locked into anything, but still, you’ll be breaking the notice period rule. Depending on the company’s culture, they might not take kindly to it. However, if you’re upfront and professional about it, it could minimize any bad impression.

Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing. I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
