LaTeX is great for a clean CV, but it can be tricky with ATS . I would suggest you use a simple, standard LaTeX template. Avoid fancy layouts or graphics. Think of it as a plain text document with style.

Overly fancy LaTeX CVs sometimes break ATS parsing. Try a minimal, clean template like ‘Awesome-CV’ or ‘ModernCV’ with proper sectioning!

Can Service companies give me salary that I want?
I have around 10 years of experience and all my life I have worked in product MNCs only. Currently, I got a role in another product MNC with
60L base pay + 5 lacs joining bonus + 9L worth of company stocks in the form of yearly bonus and $46000 of company stocks vested in 4 years. Apart from this I have 35 thousands of one time work from home setup and very generous health and wellness benefits and in terms of work life balance, this org is known for its work culture and work life balance. I have accepted the offer and going to join on 3rd April.
Now my question is, if I work here for next 3 to 4 years and then decides to move to a service based company, will they be able to match my salary?
Few additional info
1. I work in tech and not in management. I want to say in tech.
2. I want to work in service based org because the work is a lot less challenging/demanding and I get some time with my family.
3. I don’t care about company RSU and don’t consider that while switching.

Thrown out of the office
I recently resigned from my current company after working there for over 3 years. They countered with a 70% hike, which was quite generous, but I had already received better offers with over a 100% hike, so I respectfully declined. Unfortunately, that didn’t go down well.
They asked me to leave the same day I submitted my resignation, confiscated my laptop and revoked email access immediately. I wasn’t even given a chance to say goodbye to anyone—it all happened so abruptly, it was genuinely shocking.
Now, even though I’m no longer working or contributing, they still expect me to serve the full 60-day notice. I’m trying to negotiate that, because otherwise I’ll just be sitting at home for the next 30 days without work or pay.
It’s been a lot to process. I can’t help but wonder—does this happen to others too, or is it just me? Feeling pretty messed up right now.

Need to Advice
Hi All,
My name is Abrakam Jaganath, and I'm 38 years old. My current CTC is Rs. 2.66 lakhs. I've been working as a Credit Verification Officer at Indusind Marketing Services Limited for the past six years. I resigned from my job last January.
Since then, I've been attending interviews with various companies for the past three months. However, every company requires experience in home loans and loans against property. Unfortunately, my experience is limited to two-wheeler loans. As a result, they're hesitant to consider my application.
Could you please guide me on how to update my skills and develop my career? I appreciate your advice.
Thank you,
Abrakam Jaganath"
