Hi everyone, Recently i have put papers to my current employer. I have 2 yrs of experience as a project engineer in HVAC design. Hands on experience in design software like, AutoCAD, Solidworks & learning CATIA. Im up for a career switch so Currently looking for job opportunities in Automotive sector. Any job refferal would be appreciated

Need help in negotiation

My current in-hand is 80k/m (9.5 LPA) in a product based company. Got an offer of 15 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed) from Wipro in Bengaluru. However, I currently stay at home and the office is very close. so everything is saved. What should I do? Should I negotiate with wipro for a higher salary (how much) or should I ask for a hike at my current organisation or should I keep on looking for other opportunities? Info: role is ML engineer 3 YOE in current organisation. The total YOE is 6 years.

Looking to switch to Shore based jobs.

Hi, I (32 y.o.) am a Fourth Engineer (MEO Class 4 motor) who generally sails on Foreign going VLCCs. I have a total of 5 years of sea time. Recently got married and it's getting hard to continue sailing. I am looking for shore job opportunities but mostly getting ghosted or auto rejection. 4 interviews I gave resulted in 1 rejection and 3 ghosting. 1 interview resulted in selection but they were giving 6 LPA and have to relocate to Mumbai. 6 LPA to live in Mumbai is not possible with family so I rejected it. I am looking for suggestions.I am looking for 10 LPA minimum. I am willing to relocate anywhere in india (As long as Salary accompanied is corresponding). Where can I try for jobs? What posts accept my experience and license?
