They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPAIs This offer is comes under market standard.Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer.
