I am so done with this IT industry, as a fresher 5 years back I got into service based and faced the horrible nature of things done, I thought maybe product based is good, buddy I was so wrong I realised everywhere you go it's the same, I came across these myths: - best working place - work life balance - good increment - switching is key to growth Soon I realised, we're trapped in this never ending maze, the only way to get out is build your own company, get a good fkng team, build a product, world needs you not as a developer but as a contributor so build something out of your skills.

i like your the real thoughts that you may feeling right now, But you are not alone. Scinece is the filed that based on constibution. Maybe you company didnt understand that very well.
