This is a much-needed development. For years, IT freshers have been underpaid, and this new trend is finally recognizing their value. The higher salaries will attract top talent and encourage more students to pursue IT careers.

Finally they have started valuing freshers.. It will keep them motivated and they will become more innovative and efficient. i think that's a great transformation move. do you agree to it or have some other opinion about it ????i would love to hear
