Indian Employees don't deserve 100% remote jobs as they aren't trustable enough!

Gave work from home to a few team members based on health reasons few months, only to find out they together planned a trip and went to Kasol! Entire project got delayed due to those 3 people! I can never risk going 100% remote with my team. Team Spotify try doing this in India XD

Why does it even matter ...if its remote than everyone will have plans rather than sitting home and doing work.... work should done from any part of the world.... do your work and enjoy remote perks

If u were a good leader, you would have made them do their work on time you lackked there, I hope you have a skill issue as being a team lead. However, Spotify will definitely have a better leader than you ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I wouldn't trust 100% wfh either. It only works when the output is absolute like data entry or something. Hybrid gives the best balance imo.
