I have such bad anxiety from this environment the VP created.
I just need to vent I guess. I need to work on my resume and I started to but there’s so much that I do as the HR Assistant and so much of my confidence my VP has chipped at that I feel so overwhelmed looking at it. How do I get a grip of myself and overcome this anxiety?😫
Everyday there some kind of mess and I just can’t no more. I need to get out for my health sake. I need a little encouragement cuz I started to downplay the importance of my role and it’s contributions and I want to give myself the opportunity I deserve. Why does it feel so bad when these high powered a****s treat you like this?

You feel bad because you choose to. Instead choose to be indifferent to the abusers and gray rock abusers. Distance yourself emotionally and physically from abusers as much as you can.
Whatever you do, do not let the abusers see emotional responses that suggest they hurt you in some way. Choose your words carefully. Project yourself as a strong, confident, and most importantly as nit a good target and often abusers will move on to a more vulnerable target.
Work hard to maintain your self esteem always. And if you are prone to depression and anxiety find ways to manage those issues also. Suggestions here: excercise daily, rest when you need to, eat nourishing food, surround yourself with supportive friends, consider therapy and meds, and use helpful distractions (such as movies and shows, reading, arts &crafts, and gaming) for crisis times or you feel "worse" emotionally or physically.
Do your best to make you not seem like a good target for bullies. When you need to cry, strike out, vent do these responses away from the bully. The bully types feed off your responses to their bullying. It can turn into a feeding frenzy in a hurry after that.
Hope all that helps. Lots if great YT videos on dealing with Narcissistic Bullies and bosses that bully.
If things get real bad, then that is when to consider if leaving to find a better situation may be right for you.

If I were to be in your situation, I would carefully consider my finances. Quitting without a plan has financial implications.
I would look for a new job while I am still employed.
BTW, I am in your situation. It is stressful, but I just try not to let it affects me.

@anjanadmi I quit shortly after and relied on my savings for a month or two then a recruiter found me on job portal and I got hired, I earn more now. That VP got fired.
