I am working as a business analyst, and my company treats me like a failed analyst, and I have the ability to do all tear down of a product
Should I become an associate product manager because I couldn't say anything to this management, they are keeping on shouting in meetings abusing before everyone and I knew that they don't have anything in their brain regarding the analysis which I have done.

You're stuck in a tough situation. Your boss doesn't appreciate you, and it's really frustrating. You could try talking to them directly, or maybe think about a career switch to product management. What's your next move?

I know how that feels. Have you thought about talking to HR or your manager directly?

A true analyst is a problem-solver so don't let toxic bosses suppress your growth. Keep your head held high, and keep learning. The product world needs more people like you๐ฏ

Yaar, sabse pehle toh ye toxic environment ko seriously lena chahiye. Agar management sirf chillane aur blame game kar rahi hai, toh yeh unki kami hai, tumhari nahi. Tumhe apne skills pe confidence hai, aur agar tumhe lagta hai ki APM role zyada suit karega, toh definitely explore karo.
APM mein analysis aur product vision dono kaam aayega, aur tumhare teardown skills waha highlight honge. Meanwhile, yeh job search karo aur apne dignity ko compromise mat hone do. Toxicity ke saath kaam karna kisi ke liye healthy nahi hota๐
