Just saw that TCS launched the Rebegin program to help experienced women professionals re-enter the workforce after a break.
Love that they're recognizing the value of experienced talent, regardless of career gaps due to family, health, or education. This is a big step towards a more inclusive tech industry. 👏👏

Thats a great news now skilled woman will have great a opportunity to be in the organization again. This shows that such companies are maintaining work life balance of the employees and giving importance to their personal life as well.

Most of the companies have this program, we just need to search for it and filter out. But I am not sure about the extent of success of it because most of my female peers who tried applying have still not got a call and are waiting to get back into action
