Love that they're recognizing the value of experienced talent, regardless of career gaps due to family, health, or education. This is a big step towards a more inclusive tech industry. 👏👏

Most of the companies have this program, we just need to search for it and filter out. But I am not sure about the extent of success of it because most of my female peers who tried applying have still not got a call and are waiting to get back into action
