With AWS certification + full-stack skills + DevOps exposure, 10 LPA is a fair ask! Just ensure you target the right companies and negotiate well.

Your stack is strong, but salary depends on location, company size, and role. Product-based firms and startups may pay closer to 10 LPA. Have you started applying?

Since you're switching from a small firm, it might take some effort to jump to 10 LPA directly, but it’s possible! Target companies valuing cloud & backend skills

Try aiming for 8-12 LPA based on the role. Also, DevOps + Cloud is a killer combo some roles might even offer more!
