Hi guys, I have been recently considering to join a program offered by Masai school where they have this pay after placement guarantee, where they are assuring that I only have to pay them once I get placed at a job above than 3.5 LPA, till then I won't have to pay a single penny.

I am considering it as an option but to be honest, it sounds too good to be true.

Can anyone share their reviews about this?

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

I have been working in this company for 4.5 years. Joined at 2.2LPA. With small small hikes, at the 3 year mark, I reached 6.25LPA. After that I have never received any hike. They only changed my designation from Senior to Specialist. And that too I have not received any formal mail, just a notification from the internal portal. I am about to resign as I got a new job. Before I leave should I push for a formal hike and promotion, so that I can negotiate better for the upcoming HR round with the new employer? 

My expectation was 10LPA. But the new employer mentioned the offer would be around 7 to 7.5LPA as 10 is a higher hike percentage, and something like it's against company policy. What should I do here?

Haven't received a hike and promotion in 1.5 years. About to resign. Should I ask for a formal hike and promotion before I leave?

Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process.

Day to Day Office

I’m in a bit of a tricky situation and could use some advice. My boss is supportive, kind, and overall a great person to work for. Recently, he asked if I could occasionally drop his wife off on my way home since their house is along my route. He also mentioned that I could leave a bit earlier to accommodate this, which is a nice bonus.

While I don’t mind helping out, I’m torn about the personal aspect of it. On one hand, it’s a small favor, and he’s been really supportive of me, but I’m unsure if this might blur any professional boundaries.

What’s your take? Should I keep helping with the rides, or is this something I should reconsider to maintain a clear work-life balance?

Should I Drop My Boss’s Wife on My Way Home?

Hey folks!
I might receive an offer letter from a BLR-based company that expects me to relocate from Mumbai. They’re offering me 16.7 LPA (~3.8 years of work experience) for a Data Analyst position with many 
additional perks. 

Was wondering if someone could give me some figures to understand general expenses in BLR and then understand how much I should be saving.

Their office is in Whitefield so my accommodation would ideally be nearby or at a 20-30 mins distance.
