People are getting up to 20-25 LPA with relevant experience in the data side of business. Generally, companies start to offer lead analyst positions at six or more years of experience. So, for that, 20-25 LPA is the pay scale I observed in the healthcare industry.

Appropriate Salary Offer
Hello All,Today I received an Offer from "Suzuki Motors India Private Limited" in the Spares Parts Department at a designation of Assistant Manager in Gurgaon Location.Salary Offered to me :- 11.79 LPA which is 98k CTC/month and 86k In Hand/month.Can anyone suggest if this is a decent offer to accept for Gurgaon location or need to ask for more %hike.My current CTC is 80k CTC/month which is 9.6 LPA.

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. I been at my company for 6M and I feel like I am achieving nothing
I been at my company for 6 months I am working everyday..but I feel like I am achieving literally nothing,I feel empty and frustrated working here.
