Career Advice

I'm in B.tech 3rd year last semester 
I'm currently working as the front-end intern but I am not liking the front-end that much.
I know ReactJs, MongoDB, SQL, Nodejs, Python, Java 

I want to learn DevOps.
I want to learn the Backend completely.


My expectations of the salary I want is 12-14LPA by the end of the 4th year

Is this achievable ? If not what should I do ?

company with 4.5LPA 
4years are almost passed now 
Currently getting 7.5LPA and decided
To switch to another company for 
My financial needs 
I have worked in dot net frameworks
C# , ms sql , in agile development cycles and deployment in servers to 
Now how much to expect ? 

Any suggestion who faced the same situation and overcame it ?

past 7-8 months trying hard to get placed. gave 7 interviews. 3 cleared fully(even got congratulations mail) . Sadly In that 2 are not responding even mc HR not picking call or msg. 1 offer left is non-tech Business Development Associate at a startup in Noida.
- 6 montths internship - 15k + variable ~15k
- ppo with 6-9 LPA 
- joining next month(march)
what should i do? Should i wait for another chances in tech or move on with this offer and try while working with the startup.

If i wait another 2-3 months i will be competing with 2025 passouts.

my skills-Java, Springboot-hibernate, APIs, Angular(basic), Azure-DevOps, K8s, Docker, Prom-Grafana stack.

Help Me Decide

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in  Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office .

I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA

There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL

Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do
