🚨Good News for Job Seekers in India! 🚨
The Delhi High Court has passed a judgement that " if a previous employer has accepted someone’s resignation, and another employer has offered them a job then the new employer cannot back out from hiring them"
This is announced, keeping in mind that most employers revoke offers without providing any clear explanations which affects the job seekers a lot!
It even happened with me once, when I received an offer from google, but they postponed the joining date for 3 months and finally put the offer on hold!
This is a big step for job security of employees!
Kudos!🎉

I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
