Honestly, both are a rip-off on New Year's Eve. Prices skyrocket, and the delivery times are insane. But I guess that's the price you pay for convenience.

Zomato has better deals and a wider variety of restaurants. Swiggy's delivery is quicker, but Zomato usually wins for me.

They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing.
