Favoritism at work
It's starting to feel like there's an unfairness in our office when it comes to remote work. One of my colleagues seems to have the privilege of working from home regularly, while the rest of us are expected to commute to the office every day.
It creates a sense of resentment and inequality among the team. 😓

Remember, it's important to approach this situation calmly and professionally. By addressing your concerns and advocating for yourself, you can work towards creating a more equitable and fair work environment.

I suggest if it is happening express your concerns respectfully and clearly . Connect with the HR, and address the issue in a professional demeanor.
Also you should dicuss with your co-worker on this topic .....

I hate to break it to you but your options are limited. If your supervisor is making the call, you may want to jump over their head to their boss. That could land you in some trouble. You could talk to your supervisor and let them know how you feel. Again though, if they make the call, I would be hesitant. Honestly, I would go to the next boss up or HR. That's all you can do.

@content writer thanks for taking the time to reply. It's not my supervisor making the call, unfortunately it's her manager. I am trying to avoid reaching HR to prevent troubles and a bad environment at work, however, they are not making it easy for us.

Sometimes, things can seem unfair, but there might be reasons behind the decisions that we're not aware of. It might be worth having a conversation to get more clarity.

Have you tried talking to your manager about how you're feeling?
