Do you think it is not advisable to stay in a engineering services org for too long?
I’ve been actively involved in sales support and business development activities for over three years in my organisation, which is predominantly a Services based entity. My work has garnered a lot of praise amongst the sales and business unit heads which come into the sales function, which is totally different from the unit that I’m part of. Should I switch and try my luck in the world of sales and marketing ?
