Demanding justice

I appeared for interview with cognizant after receiving selection mail i was falsely accused of lip syncing this is clearly a misunderstanding . This incident shattered my self esteem & pride. I demand justice not only i suffered humiliation but my referrals also left my side for you this might be a petty act but for me it cost my self destruction. I have been in industry for 5 years i know such practice exist but accusing someone without proper finding is not right , it might have happened to be slow delivering issue or any other but lip syncing is clearly a big accusation . I demand justice & ready to face banned for lifetime if found guilty but denying my right to know is not acceptable

Yeah, I get where you’re coming from, but at the same time, shouldn’t we hold ourselves to a higher standard when it comes to interviews? I mean, lip syncing is serious, and if you’re accused of something like that, there should be some way to prove or disprove it. Isn’t it on both sides to make sure there’s no confusion?

Should this kind of situation ever go to court, or is that taking it too far?

i think you should go the legal route, if the whole matter has disturbed you so much you should probably sue them, it might get expensive but at least you might get some peace

This is absolutely unfair! If they are making such a serious accusation, they should at least provide proof. Stay strong, and don’t let this break you. You deserve to be heard!
