a project professional services manager
My professional background - 10 years as a Project Manager with experience in multiple domains like GRC, Professional Services and Network Security/Cybersecurity I have received 2 offers: Offer 1 - MetLife 28LPA+10% variable This company can provide a long term stability but has 3 days WFO on Tue, Wed and Thurs Offer 2 - PiServe 32LPA This is an indirect role with Hitachi Energy as client and PiServe as payroll. 1 year contract WFH and likelihood of extension of contract. I'm not very sure on stability and long term growth. I'm 32 years old and I need help whether a higher package is what I should chase at the moment or think about the future and stick with a stable company? I don't want to end with no job if I try to switch later. Any opinions are welcome, please share your thoughts.

How comfortable are you with the risk of contract roles? If PiServe does not extend after 1 year, are you confident in finding another opportunity?

3 days WFO is a trade-off, but stability outweighs the inconvenience.
