A 6 month contract can be a good way to gain experience but it may lack stability

Honestly, contract roles are a scam. Companies offer them because they want to avoid paying for benefits and long-term commitments.

Contract roles are honestly for people who are too afraid to commit. If you're in it for the long run, you should always go for a permanent role

You’re basically being treated as a temp worker. They get to exploit your skills without offering any long-term benefits or security.

I don’t get why everyone hates on contract roles. Sometimes they pay more, and you get more flexibility. It's perfect if you don’t want to be stuck in one place forever. Sure, there’s no stability, but you’re also not chained to a company’s politics or corporate BS. The 9-to-5 grind isn’t for everyone.

I see contract roles as a personal choice, not a career strategy.
