Cleartrip | Delhivery | Offer
Hi All,
I graduated with a B.E. in Computer Science in 2023 and since then worked in a startup from Jan 2023 to August 2023 as an Intern and later from September 2023 to August 2024 as an SDE. I left the startup because work culture had gotten way too toxic for me. Now After 3 months I have 3 offers, StarHealth - 12.5 LPA, Delhivery - 15 LPA, Cleartrip - 17 LPA + 10% Variable. Previous CTC was 10.2 LPA, I know Delhivery and Cleartrip has low balled me a lot, but I can't keep on being unemployed and am joining Cleartrip next week. I want to ask, should I keep applying more because I am fed up of applying day after again and again and focus on learning and build skills gradually or Keep on applying on the side (if this what should I say to the HR's of new companies why I am exploring even when you have just switched).
Thanks

It's a personal decision. If you're not entirely satisfied with the offer .Just make sure if you're asked about your current job status, be honest about your recent job change. What are your long-term career goals, and how does this new role fit into your plan?
