Caught up in toxic environment
I joined Renault Nissan Tech as a enthusiastic engineer. My confidence levels dropped from day 1. All managers and colleagues are very toxic. Favoritism is very common. DGM is a micromanagement. VP if you are reading kindly help. I want to leave this organization. Kindly suggest alternatives within Chennai. I Have 6 years of experience with Supplier.

almost all workplaces nowadays are toxic in one form or the other, you need to learn to navigate in such situations and not cry like a baby .
