I am looking for a transition to PM role with 3.5 years of experience. I understand how confusing it will be when I try googling and watch YouTube videos on how to become PM.
A few days back I conducted a poll and most of them were suggesting to do an MBA
What are your thoughts

I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?
