I am looking for a transition to PM role with 3.5 years of experience. I understand how confusing it will be when I try googling and watch YouTube videos on how to become PM. A few days back I conducted a poll and most of them were suggesting to do an MBA What are your thoughts

[a project engineer](username) No, an MBA is not a strict requirement for a product management role. It can be beneficial especially for those without direct product experience, many successful product managers come from diverse backgrounds, including engineering, design, or marketing.
