Career development course or job search
I have done instrumentation engineering since then I was working with different manufacturing industry as a proposal Engineer or application engineer later after due to some personal reasons many job changed in short span such as 1-2.5 yr. Now having total 9.5 yrs of experience but out of which last 2 year I worked as Instrumentation Engineer with US based company remotely ONLY ON FIELD INSTRUMENTS I worked. Now I resigned due relocation issue as company asking me to shift to Chennai which is not possible so please suggest which industry now I go back or any skills I need to develop to get good salary currently drawing 9.8 lpa. Couldn't understand what to do any skill development course or job? I m having loans also

I think a little skill development could help you land a better-paying job in the same field. You could look into advanced certifications or training in instrumentation or control systems.
