Career confusion

Hey guys, i am a btech mechanical graduate, year 2023. I got placed in a pharmaceutical company,in maintenance dept, but work here is purely either Documentation or some kind of general management work, nothing related to actual mechanical application. I feel stuck here with no possible growth. What should i focus on, if i want to switch to non pharma company, like automobile or heavy machinery etc. , as a mech grad ?

A Team Lead
Yaar, Focus on upskilling in areas like CAD, automation, or robotics, and look for opportunities to transition into roles in industries like automotive or manufacturing.

To make the switch focus on specific certifications or projects that align with the automobile and heavy machinery sectors What part excites you the most?

[a data analyst](username) Thanks for the comment. Well actually i am confused on where to check for certifications, as there are many not so good platforms for these and also, are the valued enough, during the hiring process??
