Can I apply for a job posting which is out of my experience range
I'm literally surfing a 100 jobs daily but
90% of it requires experienced candidates (1 is the bare minimum minimum) and my experience is 0,though I've done unpaid internship and I do have experience, is it possible that I'd be shortlisted or even considered for referrals when i apply to job roles with higher qualification than mine (considering I have what it takes to work for the job).
Please answer this 🥺

Many companies are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow. If you can show your enthusiasm and potential, you may be considered for a role that's slightly outside your current experience level

Yes, don't let those experience requirements hold you back! While it's great to have relevant experience, it's not always a deal-breaker. Focus on highlighting the transferable skills you've gained from your internships and personal projects. Show companies your enthusiasm for learning and your potential to grow within the role.

Hi Friend, I suggest not applying to all positions as part of daily practice. make a PDF copy of your resume and apply via the company's career page. Keep watch on jobs suitable to your skills using naukri job search.
