a senior interior designer
Hi everyone, I am a Senior Interior Designer with over 7+ years of experience in the field. My professional journey thus far has been fulfilling, as I have honed my skills in creating innovative and client-centric designs and managing end-to-end projects. In my recent role, I joined a reputable organization with a compensation package of ₹9.6 LPA. But unfortunatly, due to unforeseen health concerns, I had to make the difficult decision to step away from this position shortly after joining. This situation, while challenging, has allowed me to reflect on my career aspirations and what I seek in my next professional opportunity. I am exploring opportunities with companies that value creativity, innovation, and employee well-being. What I’m Looking For: A growth-oriented role. Work-life balance. Competitive compensation. I would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Additionally, any advice or guidance on navigating this transition and improving my job search strategy would be invaluable.
