Average Hike in SaaS sales?
Hey,
I’ve been working with an organization for more than 3 years(overall experience - 7+ years) and the appraisals have been around 15%.
My current package is around 21L(Fixed + Incentives).
Can anyone confirm if there are better packages available in the market? If yes, which organizations are hiring?

With 7+ years of experience, you could definitely negotiate a higher salary. SaaS companies like AWS, Microsoft, and Oracle tend to offer attractive compensation packages for senior sales roles
