Hi,
I recently joined an organization, and it's been a month here, and then I received an email from AuthBridge requesting me to upload all my data for background verification.
Why is the organization conducting background verification a month after my joining?
Also, what does AuthBridge check during the verification process? Do they visit my previous organization, or do they just call the reference person whose phone number I will provide?
Please help me understand this process.

The bgv can go upto 3 to 4 months after joining, Usually company hire 3rd party vendors to conduct this and its time consuming

Koi tension nahi bhai, bas sahi info dena. Usually sirf call karte hain ya email bhejte hain, HR ke paas visit nahi hoti.
