Day to Day Office

I’m in a bit of a tricky situation and could use some advice. My boss is supportive, kind, and overall a great person to work for. Recently, he asked if I could occasionally drop his wife off on my way home since their house is along my route. He also mentioned that I could leave a bit earlier to accommodate this, which is a nice bonus.

While I don’t mind helping out, I’m torn about the personal aspect of it. On one hand, it’s a small favor, and he’s been really supportive of me, but I’m unsure if this might blur any professional boundaries.

What’s your take? Should I keep helping with the rides, or is this something I should reconsider to maintain a clear work-life balance?

I have joined Big4 in some X job profile on first week of march which I really don't like but however now I am getting job opportunity in my interested role in another global big4 and joining is in July so how should I go about resignation at current big4 and would there be any consequences since I am resigning within a month. Pls guide.

Immediate resignation

It's not just me. My friends who are trying to find work keep getting rejected super easily. And the ones who actually got hired sometimes lost their jobs after just a few months. Plus, the pay they're offering is way less than we thought it would be.

It feels like companies don't even want to hire us, like we're not good enough workers. But everything costs more these days, so it's hard to live if we can't get a job or don't get paid much.
