Advise on current role
Im having 15.5 years of IT experience. Have worked in application development and support projects and technology like spark, java, python, Cassandra and latest on grafana Prometheus docker containerization mostly sre work. Building pipeline for monitoring jobs. Have Aws solution architecture professional and machine learning specialty certificate.
My current org is giving me 22 lac fixed . Is it low? How much person with my experience should earn?
Currently I'm working as data engineer, should I change my role to devops Or sre engineer to get better job prospects in future?

The ever leading topic of notice period
I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?
