25/F, from West delhi 3.5 years of experience my in hand salary 20k (after pf)how to get better salary, what should I do.
Some people have better salary than mine.i want to leave my current organization as soon as possible but I don't have any any job offer I try in too many firm through naukri.com but don't get a good response. required job referral.
