The Company indicated the parameters of your work and set targets for achievement. As a lead, the promoters always kept the leadership updated with the task in hands and gives alot of room for contribution. Always encouraged you go go beyond your limits. Always open of discussions on new idea. Very tech oriented company. Enjoyed working in this company.

Dislikes

There were a few limitations in the way policies where looked at. This kept getting changed from time to time , for the person who has convince the customer, this was tough..
