The only good thing i would say is the knowledge we get. Be it about the destination and the in and out about the destination.

Dislikes

Too much partiality. They only promote people who run behind Managers. The honest work is not appreciated there. And there is no job security, they follow fire and hire culture and per month almost 30 people get fired just because they don't run unnecessarily behind Managers. And they make you do overtime for no reason and you don't even get paid for it

The most culture glaring issue was the blatant disregard for work-life balance. And there is no proper training. Too much politics and the team leaders have no idea how to handle the team no maturity and professionalism in terms of work.
